　　凡愛(ài)好服裝設(shè)計(jì)，年齡在35歲以下者均可報(bào)名參賽。

　　QUALIFICATION

　　Anyone engaged in fashion design and under 35 is qualified to participate.

　　評(píng)選方法

　　1、評(píng)選分為初賽、決賽兩階段進(jìn)行。

　　2、報(bào)名截稿后，由評(píng)委對(duì)來(lái)稿進(jìn)行初審，選出30個(gè)系列入圍決賽，組委會(huì)于9月1日后在www.humen.gov.cn, www.fumin.com, www.humen.com 或www.gdfz.org 上公布入圍選手名單(參賽選手可查閱初評(píng)結(jié)果)，并以書面形式通知入圍選手制作實(shí)物參加決賽。

　　SELECTION

　　1、The competition will carry through preliminary and final.

　　2、The judges will evaluate the works based on the rules after the deadline;30 works will be selected for the final. The organizing committee will publish the name list of finalists on www.humen.gov.cn,www.fumin.com,www.humen.com or www.gdfz.org after Sep.1 and notify them with written form to make preparation for the final.

　　參賽作品要求

　　1、主題：新·起點(diǎn)

　　2、范圍：女裝(面料、材料不限)

　　3、參賽選手按系列設(shè)計(jì)，每一系列5套，畫在同一張效果圖，規(guī)格27cmx40cm;效果圖背面左上角附：主題名稱、設(shè)計(jì)思想(不超過(guò)50字);左下角附：正背面款式圖;右上角附：姓名、性別、出生年月、國(guó)籍、畢業(yè)(在讀)學(xué)校、學(xué)歷、服務(wù)單位、單位地址、郵政地址、郵政編碼、E-mail、聯(lián)系電話、傳真(注：所有文字必須用母語(yǔ)和英語(yǔ)書寫);并附身份證復(fù)印件以及大一寸彩色照片1張(用信封裝好并貼牢固);右下角附：面料小樣(8cmx8cm);來(lái)稿一律不退，請(qǐng)自留底稿。

　　4、來(lái)稿必須是未發(fā)表過(guò)的原創(chuàng)作品，如發(fā)現(xiàn)一稿多投，則視為無(wú)效稿件。

　　DEMANDS ON WORKS

　　1、Subject: New·Starting Point

　　2、Range: Women’s wear(all fabric & material available).

　　3、Participants’ design is based on different series. Each series includes 5 suits drawn on one drawing(27cmx40cm).On the opposite side: subject, design thought(less than 50 words) written on the left top; front and back pattern drawing on the left bottom; name, sex, date of birth, nationality, school of graduation, education, working company, address of working company, post code, E-mail, telephone number and fax on the right top(all must be filled in your native language and English);one copy of ID card and color photo(as used for passport)should be attached(packed with an envelope and well sealed); sample of the fabric & material (8cmx8cm)on the right bottom. The drawings are not returnable.

　　4、The contribution must be the works never published. Such works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript.

　　1、決賽時(shí)間定于第十八屆中國(guó)(虎門)國(guó)際服裝交易會(huì)期間【2013年11月16日19時(shí)30分(北京時(shí)間)】

　　2、決賽地點(diǎn)：中國(guó) · 廣東省 · 東莞市虎門黃河時(shí)裝城

　　3、入圍選手必須攜帶參賽作品于2013年11月13日(北京時(shí)間)到達(dá)決賽地點(diǎn)

　　4、獲得金、銀、銅獎(jiǎng)的作品由組委會(huì)收藏

　　DATE/PLACE OF FINAL AND MATTERS CONCERNED

　　1、Final is settled at 19:30p.m. on Nov.16, 2013(Peking Time) during the 18th China(Humen) International Fashion Fair.

　　2、Place: Huanghe Fashion City of Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.

　　3、Finalists should arrive at the final place with costume works on Nov.13, 2013(Peking Time).

　　4、 The costume works awarded the gold ,silver and bronze prize have to be kept by the organizing committee.

　　獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法

　　對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)哳C發(fā)獎(jiǎng)金、獎(jiǎng)杯、證書。

　　金獎(jiǎng)1名：獎(jiǎng)金5萬(wàn)元人民幣，頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)杯、證書;

　　銀獎(jiǎng)2名：獎(jiǎng)金各3萬(wàn)元人民幣，頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)杯、證書;

　　銅獎(jiǎng)3名：獎(jiǎng)金各2萬(wàn)人民幣，頒獎(jiǎng)獎(jiǎng)杯、證書;

　　優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)10名：獎(jiǎng)金各5千人民幣，頒發(fā)證書;

　　入圍者：頒發(fā)證書。

　　獲獎(jiǎng)作品將在專業(yè)報(bào)刊、雜志及網(wǎng)上發(fā)表;決賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)由有關(guān)電視臺(tái)錄播。

　　(a)入圍選手交通費(fèi)由組委會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)。其中：歐美選手一萬(wàn)元(人民幣)，亞洲選手五千元(人民幣)[注：中國(guó)選手三千元(人民幣)];

　　(b)入圍選手在虎門參賽期間由組委會(huì)提供免費(fèi)食宿;

　　ENCOURAGEMENT

　　The prized works will be published in the professional journals. The final will be broadcasted on relevant television stations.

　　(a)Finalists’ traveling expenses are covered by the organizing committee with standards as below:10,000RMB for European and American finalists;5,000RMB for Asian finalists;3,000RMB for Chinese finalists.

　　(b)The organizing committee offers free accommodation during the final for the finalists.
