According to the director general of the Provincial Finance Bureau of the small and Medium Enterprises Bureau, the funds are mainly used for the support of entrepreneurial enterprises, the cultivation of growing SMEs, the establishment of credit guarantee system, the vocational and technical training of small and medium-sized enterprises and the improvement of social service system. The main support methods include giving a certain subsidy to the actual project, giving a certain discount to the actual amount of the project loan, and giving certain rewards to the excellent enterprises.

According to the introduction, the 10 million support funds this year are mainly for the more than 900 growth enterprises evaluated according to the ZJGEP evaluation system, and the "100 most growing enterprises" will give priority to the funds.
