They claimed to check the fire work, and then accompanied the head of the shopping mall to inspect it, and said, "the fire facilities in your shopping mall are not qualified, especially the fire passage is not up to the requirement, and the fire extinguisher is not enough, so we need rectification."

Then, a leader of the "fire officer" said: "consider your shopping business is also difficult, you can be a friend."

And they said that some cigarettes from their friends there would like to be sold on the mall for second days.

The next day, several "fire officers and soldiers" indeed sent 90 cigarettes such as "Furong king", "five leaf gods" and "classic mellow double happiness", cooperating for more than 13400 yuan.

Because the mall did not have much cash, it paid 10 thousand yuan, and the "fire officers and soldiers" said they would take the balance in second days.

On the same day, all the cigarettes found in the shopping mall were all fake cigarettes. Then they called Huidong county fire brigade to consult, and finally found it was a hoax. They immediately called the police.
