They choose random targets, fabricate various false facts, try to cheat victims' money, and cause bad effects.

How can we improve our awareness of prevention and see the scams of criminals?

Yesterday, Sun Chun, deputy director of the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Bureau, provided a detailed anti fraud strategy.
