And signed a contract with the head office, paid 6000 yuan of brand service fees.
The craft jewelry store, which is joined by the company, is supplied by the Beijing company. The layout of the store is also renovated according to the pattern provided by the company. Although it only takes ten thousand yuan to join the company, it can cost more than 3 yuan to rent the house and decorate the shop front and back.
But business is not as good as Ms. Cheng's imagination. After the opening of the business, she did not make any money. At the end of June this year, Ms. Cheng received the notice from the head office of Beijing: because the company suffered a serious loss and declared bankruptcy, her membership fee was only returned to half. The money did not earn, and it owed more than ten thousand yuan debt.

"open a small shop, earn 1 million every year!"
"To make money in the busy season," "earn ten thousand a day, do not believe you will see", "stay home and make money!"
"Open home jewelry shop annual profit millions", "ten thousand yuan open shop monthly earn 30 thousand yuan" and so on small investment big money advertising words emerge in an endless stream, let people look very heart.
In order to test its authenticity, the reporter chose an automobile decoration shop to express his intention to join. He soon received the information he sent. Although the advertisement said that it was "new profit making industry, millions of years", the reporters found that the conditions for joining it were extremely harsh: the cost of joining was ten thousand yuan, the business area should not be less than 40 square meters, and the monthly sales amount should not be less than 200 thousand yuan! The reporter consulted some automobile decoration shops in the provincial capital, and was told that such a shop would be almost impossible to sell car accessories for 200 thousand yuan a month.
In a TV advertisement, he saw that the children's toy rental industry in the city was very prosperous, so he joined in the idea of "inventing and eating all over the world".
Franchisees say that Ji'nan will earn at least 1 million a year according to its urban population and economic situation.
Mr. Tian said optimistically that 1/10 of the 1 million earned a year and one hundred thousand is also good.

Zhou Changpeng, a lawyer from Shandong Hao Cai law firm, told reporters that they often received cases of people being trapped in traps in practical work.
After analyzing some affiliate traps, Zhou lawyer pointed out that there are four main forms of joining traps: false advertisements in newspapers, television, magazines, Internet and other media; declaring the closure or bankruptcy of the head office, and selling goods and selling products in a disguised form; the name is "model shop", actually it is League support.
In the interview, the reporters found that some franchisers could promote tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of yuan investment through the exhibition, advertising and so on in only three months or half a year, but once the entrepreneurs joined the chain system, they found that the cost of investment was much more than the amount originally mentioned, and the merchants' prior commitments were not in place.
What is more, some businessmen set up several "model stores" in advance, so that the franchisees can decide their own business through these designated sample shops, but most likely that is the "support" created by the allies, so that the franchisees can see the hot business.
When the entrepreneurs join in, the franchisee only takes charge of the affiliate fee and management fee, and the other things go away.
There are many products that the franchisee promises to buy all the franchisees, so that the franchisees feel that they can earn much from their production.
In fact, the franchisee will specify the standard of their products on the contract, but the text is vague. When the franchisee produces the product, the franchisee refuses to accept the product on the grounds that it does not meet the requirements. The franchisee can only eat the burden of silence. When the final problem arises, the franchisee is also insufficient to make the official evidence.
Lawyer Zhou told reporters that it is a common scam to attract the franchisee with low cost and high profit slogans.
In a Franchise Exhibition, Mr. Wang of Ji'nan saw a "eighty thousand start-up, half a year return" project. Under the boss's lobbying, he paid 30 thousand yuan to join in the contract and signed a 3 year contract.
But Mr. Wang carefully asked about the matter is not so simple. If he joined, he would face the same cost as the bottomless pit: margin 15 thousand yuan, first purchase 30 thousand yuan, storefront decoration 30 thousand yuan, purchase computer refractometer and other equipment 60 thousand yuan......
These expenses far exceed the budget of the "eighty thousand start-up".
After careful questioning, Mr. Wang realized that the owner of the glasses brand has developed dozens of franchises in Guangzhou, but the vast majority of these franchises are in trouble as well.
Experts remind entrepreneurs not to want to get rich overnight. Why do they join the trap repeatedly?
Because the franchisee only wants one word "Li".
Which area is hot, and which area is more fraudulent?
Reporters learned in the interview that many of the investors were locked up, mainly due to profit driven, blindly follow up results.
Professor Cheng, a professor at Shandong Economic University, told reporters that the deception was not brilliant, but why could it be repeated?
Or the franchisees are too impatient to make big money and fail to familiarise themselves with investment projects and markets.
In the face of another "uniting trap" which is hard to prevent, the public also raises the question: who is going to review its qualification to join the Internet media?
What kind of compensation should the deceived franchisee get?
However, at present, these problems can not be satisfactorily answered.
Reporters interviewed learned that although the domestic franchise market has developed rapidly, the franchise regulations related to it have not been released yet, which can not guarantee the standard development of franchising.
Due to the fact that some policies and regulations for franchising are not mandatory, some disputes between the franchisee will not be resolved properly.
Some local protectionist tendencies make some franchisees and franchisees unable to effectively protect their interests when handling disputes in different places.
Miss Cheng, as mentioned earlier, can not afford to spend time and travel expenses in order to claim a trip to Beijing.
Professor Hsin ho Cheng summarized several reasons leading to the failure of the franchisee: lack of awareness of prevention, quick success and instant benefit, passive dependence on headquarters, lack of creativity, lack of rigorous investment, experience and experience, lack of basic operation and management ability, too much field of operation, lack of concentration and devotion, etc.
Professor Cheng reminded the franchisees not to fantasies about getting rich overnight. They could not sign the pledge with the pleasure of joining the contract. After careful investigation of good projects and market prospects, they should invest cautiously to ensure their rights and interests.
