1. procurement mode: from a country to a global pformation, every big enterprise is made by small businesses. When the enterprise is very small, the line of sight can only be checked in this country.
However, with the expansion of the scale of enterprises, some enterprises have been pforming in a timely manner, extending their purchasing tentacles to the whole world and embarking on a road of "using global resources to make global markets", while others are still constrained by their past inertia and are still "eyes inward", which is a great loss.
The purchase of the main equipment is global, but the purchase of some ancillary facilities such as milk cans has chosen the mode of domestic bidding.

The scenery is infinite: usually the total cost is reduced by a few percentage points, and the total profit can often be doubled.
2. R & D mode: from independent to alliance pformation, R & D is a "seed problem".
The "seed problem" is fundamental. In today's international competition, the lack of R & D power means that there is no competition.
Although the formulation of the combination of government, industry, education, research and gold has existed for a long time, most enterprises in China follow the self-sufficiency mode of "my seed is planted by me".
In fact, if there is no R & D internationalization, it is difficult to say a thorough market internationalization.

Apart from enterprise marriage, apart from the combination of production and learning, in addition to exclusive buyout, for the disadvantaged enterprises, the "fetch" style learning is also one of the ways to develop internationalization.
3. sales mode: from marketing to "camp" pformation, people often say, "small companies do things, big companies do things", "companies that do things don't do much, and companies that do things are not small."
What we call "personhood" here should be generalized: not only the people of this enterprise, but also the people of the whole society.
According to the law of competition in the world, when the quality of two enterprises is quite similar, people do not mind the dazzling self promotion. But when you care about your conscience, sincerity and love, only those companies that are actively responsible for social responsibility can win the respect of people. This is the "camp heart".
When enterprises do good deeds, people often ask: are you a pure public welfare activity or a marketing activity?
We can ask him: is there a clear distinction between the two?
Is there anything wrong with public good behavior to benefit the society and public welfare behavior to enhance corporate brand?
It is the just logic of the whole society that good people get good results. This is also the basic premise for the sustainable development of good people and good deeds.
4. management mode: from model to human pformation, we should set the pattern regularly, sooner or later attendance, intermediate inspector, as if frame is more effective than efficiency, and management is more important than management.
Once upon a time, this is the management model of the whole society.
Some types of work are inseparable from the "model". The more people work together, the more they need procedures and frames, because if a process fails to operate on time, all other processes will be out of order.
However, some types of work are highly independent, and the more flexible they are, the easier it is to get efficiency. At this time, management is not as good as management.
There is a small example.
In the past few years, our headquarters had stipulated that the office was not allowed to drink water (a penalty was found) and a special drinking room was set up.
This practice seems like "strict discipline", but in fact, it is not humanized at all. For example, in the midsummer season, people rush to come and pour boiling water from the thermos bottle, but they can not drink immediately. They need to lose time, stamina and even mental discomfort. Even if they are prepared with cold water, thirsty and drinking, a large cup is not a good thing from the point of view of employees' physical and mental health.
After moving to the new office building, we took this one.
Water is the source of life. Putting a cup of water beside your desk and taking it with you is not a double good move that is both humane and efficient.
Besides, process management is very necessary in many times, but for some creative jobs, we do not care about the process, but the result is better.
Therefore, model management should be pformed into human based management instead of being more important than people.
People are the core, all management programs should be tilted and close to the angle of improving efficiency and health of people.
5. competition mode: from narrow to wide pformation, from the competitive thinking to competing thinking, sometimes it is very easy and sometimes very difficult.
But from narrow competition to wide competition, everyone can take immediate action.
For example, if two people in a unit fight for a job, if they fight for it, they will be contented and unable to win. Then we say that these two people are in a narrow competition.
If you set your sights far away and set your goals higher, position them in the overall social coordinates of ten years and eight years. Now, the competition is not necessarily worth fighting for, because you can get "better" even if you lose the "want", because there are too many alternatives or even better solutions waiting for you, this is the broad competition.
Now, can you recall that when you were in high school, did you struggle against the seemingly impossible goal at that time?
For example, a good student of a certain year, a squad leader of a certain year, the first place of track and field competition in a certain year...
These targets were narrowly seen at the time of the time, but the first thing to do is to see the width of the whole life. What's the big deal?
You can put your energy into other big goals that can affect your whole life.
This is the reason why enterprises compete.
For example, if a milk enterprise only knows that it is competing with other milk enterprises for the market, it is a narrow competition; if the milk enterprise knows not only a small share of competition with the milk enterprise, but also a large share of the whole beverage industry, this is the broad competition.
In fact, the "width" can also be wider. The inhabitants of developed countries drink more milk than meat, and our residents eat more meat than milk. The difference between them is due to ideas and habits.
All enterprises in all industries can find a "wider competition" than "well" when you are no longer watching the well and jumping out of the well.
The pot is very strong, and there are all in the bowl.
The pition from narrow competition to wide competition has opened up a new world for the industry to make enterprises fly higher and wider.
