In July 29th, the famous economist of China, director of Peking University finance and securities research center and doctoral tutor of Peking University Guanghua School of management, Cao Fengqi gave a lively lecture on "capital market and SME financing" for the small and medium enterprises in our province. This lecture is sponsored by provincial civilization office and Bijie cigarette factory.

Cao Fengqi pointed out that SMEs have eight financing channels: bank loans, issuance of corporate bonds, listing of shares, joint ventures or joint ventures, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, the use of venture capital, the use of private capital and the use of offshore funds.

SMEs should establish a sound internal financing risk management system by improving corporate governance structure, establishing incentive and restraint mechanisms, establishing enterprise culture with integrity as the core, strengthening financial management and information disclosure of listed companies, so as to make effective use of the above financing channels.
