I often hear a point of view: "It is difficult to start a business, and it is more difficult to keep it." Is this true? If this is true, where is the boundary between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship? Is entrepreneurship within 10 billion of sales, and entrepreneurship beyond 10 billion? Is entrepreneurship within 10 years of birth, and entrepreneurship beyond 10 years? The second brand is entrepreneurship, and the first is entrepreneurship? Edison never heard anyone say that Edison was "keeping his job" when he lived and invented. In fact, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship are not related to each other, not in parallel, but in inclusion and inclusion: entrepreneurship is eternal, and entrepreneurship is relative; Starting a business is another form of entrepreneurship. All starting a business is a subset of entrepreneurship. Seizing the new market is certainly entrepreneurship, and keeping the old market is entrepreneurship! The concept of "growth is entrepreneurship, and non growth is entrepreneurship" is really naive. Take China's dairy market as an example, the total volume is expanding at a double-digit rate every year. Even if we achieve the first market share, we still need to continue to start businesses to develop in step with China's dairy industry. If one day, this total volume enters the plateau period, and the expansion coefficient hovers at the zero line, then if we achieve the first market share, will we enter the so-called "business keeping" period? No, that was a time when entrepreneurial wisdom needed upgrading. Today, in the tide of dairy industry, we can develop as long as we "follow"; At that time, we need to "walk around" to find the gap of the march. Today we can focus on "meeting needs", but then we must "create needs" to move forward: entrepreneurship is more difficult! Moreover, for an enterprise, there are global markets as well as domestic markets; In addition to one industry, there are hundreds of industries to be developed. The market has no boundaries and the business has no boundaries. It is harmful to regard "starting a business" and "keeping a job" as two different concepts, which will lead many people to misunderstand that starting a business needs to be "dynamic" and keeping a job needs to be "static"; Entrepreneurship needs "passion", and entrepreneurship needs "loneliness"; Entrepreneurship needs "expansion", and business continuity needs "introversion"; Entrepreneurship needs to be "bold", and entrepreneurship needs to be "plain"... In a word, entrepreneurship is closer to creation than entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship is farther away from passion than entrepreneurship. This is totally wrong. It is this misconception that made Li Chuangwang put down his gun when he entered Beijing, made business prosper to the extreme and then decline to the extreme, and made thousands of students start to be the least "university" after they entered the university (compared with the special university knowledge before the exam): they thought they could breathe a sigh of relief, so they stopped rowing and rowing, and finally retreated thousands of miles. To be an enterprise, we always need to move, always need passion, and always need to create, create, and re create! In a word: always need to be in the "entrepreneurial state". In this world, there is only "entrepreneurial state", not "entrepreneurial state". Entrepreneurship is the only "elixir of life". When you stop entrepreneurship and dream of "keeping your job", there is only one road ahead: atrophy, decline, and death. Either self revolution or being revolutionized, there is no third way!
