The registered person is a clothing and footwear industry Co., Ltd. of Taishan, Shandong.

Law enforcement officials told reporters that "Red Dragonfly" and its related trademarks were held by Red Dragonfly Group Limited.

The leather shoes of the monopoly area were not authorized to use the trademark of Red Dragonfly Group Co., Ltd.

But the words "Red Dragonfly" on the price tag mislead consumers.

Suspected infringement of the legitimate trademark rights and interests of others.

Law enforcement officers will be seized of 154 pairs of leather shoes suspected of trademark infringement and will be placed on file for further investigation.

It is reported that Red Dragonfly Group Co., Ltd. complained to the SAIC that some enterprises and individuals registered the name of the enterprise in Hongkong with the name "Red Dragonfly", and commissioned the production and sale of the mainland enterprises in the form of trademark licensing, authorized production and sale, resulting in the confusion of market mistaken recognition and damaging the legitimate rights and interests of the Red Dragonfly company.

At present, there are up to 52 companies registered in Hongkong with the name "Red Dragonfly".

There are more than 20 enterprises suspected of infringement in the mainland.

Calling for more reporting of "brand name" behavior

It is understood that in the notice of the SAIC, the roll call is required to investigate 7 cases of "brand name".

In addition to "Red Dragonfly" is a brand name, "victims" also includes "Royalstar" and other 6 well-known brands.

After receiving the notice, the Hainan Provincial Bureau of industry and Commerce asked our provincial and municipal departments to launch a special action against the famous brand.

The special law enforcement results will be reported to the Provincial Bureau of industry and Commerce before December 20th.
