But medical experts believe that the bones of young people before the age of 18 are developing all the time. Unfit shoes will affect the bone development of the feet.

Joyce, a foot health expert who led the study, said fashion styles had a great influence on people's choices. Some people felt that wearing high-heeled shoes could gain power and enhance self-esteem.

In their eyes, the style of these shoes is more important than foot health.

It is only when people wear shoes that they do not value their styles and become a social consensus based on health and fitness. Women's foot health can be improved.
