At about 3:50 yesterday afternoon, 4 men were prying open on the 7 floor of the 1 unit 2 in the 8 of the earth Temple Lane in the provincial capital. When the police arrived at the scene, 4 men were trying to go downstairs. One of the men was carrying a burlap bag.

Police stopped questioning, but they knocked down a police officer and ran away. Other police and residents hurried to catch up and captured one of the men.

"We hate the thief now. I took off my slippers and hit him."

A sixty year old woman said that her family had been "patronized" by her thieves shortly before.
