Customs General Administration Announcement No. Forty-Fifth 2007
In order to better adapt to the requirements of speeding up the construction of the rule of law customs and comprehensively promoting the administration according to law, and to ensure the clear, unified and coordinated basis for the enforcement of Customs Law, the General Administration of Customs has cleaned up the announcement issued from 2001 to April 2007. Some of the announcements have been replaced by new laws, administrative regulations, rules and bulletins, or the period of application has passed, or is not consistent with the existing regulations. The announcement of the abolition shall cease from the date of promulgation of this announcement.
