FZ/T 80010-2007 the standard for measuring the head circumference of clothing and the size of the hat code has been approved by the national development and Reform Commission and implemented since May 1, 2008.

The standards mainly include the measurement methods of clothing head circumference, the size code of caps, the size designation and placement of the hat.

This standard is applicable to the collection of human head circumference measurement data, the establishment of the size of the hat and the size code designation.

Standard non equivalent uses ISO4417:1977 "clothing size label hat".

Compared with the FZ/T 80010-2006 "clothing body head circumference measurement method and cap size code", the main changes of the new standard are as follows:

1. The name of the standard is changed to "the measurement method of human head circumference for clothing and the size symbol designation of the hat".

2, revised the scope of the standard.

3, added third chapters "terms and definitions";

4, added seventh chapters "cap size symbol designation";

5, added eighth chapters "the placement of label size labels".

The previous version of the standard replaced by this standard is GB/T 17837-1999; FZ/T 80010-2006.
