However, some enterprises fail to comply with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Commerce to apply for license and customs declaration, and the rate of disqualification of the license is higher than that stipulated by the Ministry of Commerce on the "application for the issuance of export license for export to the European Union", or the Chinese card that has been applied to China Customs.

To this end, all export enterprises must strictly comply with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Commerce on the export and import license issued by the European Union for export to the European Union, and apply for the export license of exporting textile products to the EU, so as to increase the utilization rate of the license. The Chinese card must be declared for export within the validity period of the certificate, so as to ensure the normal export of the 8 categories of textiles in the EU.
