Yangzhou Kimcheon tourism products company completed all the procedures to acquire 45% stake in Italy ANDE company last week. The Yangzhou private enterprise overseas merger and acquisition first settled in the first case. Kimcheon will enter the European Union as the largest shareholder of ANDE, and realize the pformation from the OEM to the brand channel.

As a large factory specializing in exporting tents, sleeping bags, knapsack, clothing and bedding products, Kimcheon, Yangzhou, has exported products from the world's major brands to the United States, Europe, Australia and South Africa.
