As early as three or four years ago, the textile and garment enterprises in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces used high salaries as bait to induce workers from some traditional enterprises throughout the country. Many employees in Jinjiang enterprises once turned to work in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. In recent years, some local businesses went bankrupt and some workers returned to Jinjiang.

For our factory, this year's Spring Festival has only recruited a small number of workers, and has not reached the expected number. These workers are mostly from Jiangxi and Sichuan.

The closure of textile enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong has almost no beneficial effect on our recruitment. Although they can only get hundreds or thousands of wages per month in local enterprises, the monthly salary of our enterprises in Jinjiang can get 2000 yuan, but they feel that they are spending too much in the field.
