Turkey'S Antidumping Sunset Review Order For Synthetic Filament Made In China
In August 1, 2008, the Turkey foreign trade department issued a notice to make sunset review of the synthetic filament originating in China.
Turkey foreign trade department has confirmed that if the anti-dumping measures are cancelled, the import of the products from China will continue to damage Turkey's domestic industry.
Therefore, from the date of the announcement, the anti-dumping measures of 70.44% of the above products are maintained.
In February 11, 2007, the Turkey foreign trade department reviewed the anti-dumping investigation of synthetic filament originating in China. The customs code of the products involved was 5407.
