Humen 45 Million Garment Creative Incubation Park
Recently, the reporter learned from the Publicity Office of Humen town that the Humen town government will invest 45 million yuan to build the creative design hatching garden for garment industry, so as to promote the upgrading of Humen's garment industry.
The "incubator" is mainly composed of six parts: Humen fashion design center, creative investment service platform, intellectual property and legal appeals platform, Humen clothing talent training base, large-scale fashion show T platform and large-scale international exchange platform.
According to the person in charge of the propaganda office of Humen Town, nowadays, creative industries have become an important indicator of the new round of urban economic development and urban soft power competition. The town government of Humen attaches importance to the construction of garment industry upgrading carrier. The long-awaited "creative design incubator of garment industry" will be set up in Fumin clothing business center building.
The total investment of the park is 45 million yuan, with a construction area of more than 10000 square meters, and it is planned to be twenty-second and 23 floors in fuming business center. The "incubator" is mainly composed of six parts: Humen fashion design center, creative investment service platform, intellectual property and legal appeals platform, Humen clothing talent training base, large-scale fashion show T platform and large-scale international exchange platform.
From "garment processing" to "creative design"
"Humen fashion design center" will become a public service institution specializing in garment pattern design and sample design in Humen. It provides free design studio for famous designers in the industry, and builds a docking platform for designers and enterprises. "Creative investment service platform" mainly provides professional services such as investment projects, creative industry consulting, business registration, licensing services, brand consultation, venture capital fund support for Humen garment enterprises.
The platform of intellectual property and legal appeals is to attract knowledge industry enterprises and law firms to strengthen the awareness of innovation and protection of intellectual property rights of Humen garment enterprises, and cooperate with Humen government departments and industrial cluster research institutes to carry out substantive protection and pformation of intellectual property rights.
The official told us that the completion of the creative design hatching garden of garment industry will promote the pformation of garment industry from "garment processing" to "creative design" in Humen, and will optimize the industrial structure and speed up the upgrading of Humen's garment industry.
