In September 2005, 7 enterprises such as Jue street and giant eagle and Yongnan invested 60 million yuan to build a sewage treatment plant. They were responsible for centralized treatment of industrial wastewater such as printing, dyeing, papermaking, aquatic processing and chemical industry in the area of Jue Xi. At the same time, they also assumed the task of printing wastewater treatment in the whole county of Xiangshan.

When the Jue River sewage treatment plant was put into use, it signed a contract with bleaching and dyeing and chemical enterprises, and appointed a special person to collect water meters regularly from all enterprises.

This year, it also stipulated that the relevant enterprises should pay the sewage treatment fee to the sewage treatment plant according to the water intake.

He Qi, chairman of Ningbo Haida textile printing and dyeing company, said: "there is no need for enterprises to steal the risk."

In order to further eliminate the phenomenon of sewage stealing and discharging, the environmental protection department of Xiangshan has installed an online monitoring system for environmental protection, which is called "electronic police".

After receiving the alarm, the inspectors will go to investigate and deal with it immediately.

With tons of tap water, how many tons of sewage treatment fee will be paid? This has prompted savvy entrepreneurs to start saving water.

Haida textile printing and dyeing company has invested about 2000000 yuan to install "cooling water treatment" equipment, recycling more than 2000 tons of water every day. On the other hand, it has jointly developed the reclaimed water reuse system with Donghua University. After partial operation, the daily water consumption has reached more than 300 tons. After the completion of the system in October, the utilization rate will reach more than 70%.

Combining multiple efforts to control pollution has restored marine ecological environment better.

At the outlet of the Jue River sewage treatment company to the sea, the data pmitted directly to the provincial environmental protection monitoring department shows that the treated effluent water quality accords with the national first level standard.

After treatment, 5000 tons of recycled water were reused by many enterprises, such as seamount paper and sand desalination plant.

A monitoring data from the Xiangshan marine and Fisheries Bureau shows that the sea water quality in the Jue river reaches a standard.

Yao Zhaoming, head of the Xiangshan provincial Environmental Protection Bureau, said the local people had not called the EPA's phone for a long time.

It is understood that the two stage project of Jue Xi sewage treatment plant on the same scale will be completed in October.

At the appointed time, on the basis of all the industrial sewage treatment and further provision of reclaimed water, Jue Xi will also include domestic sewage.
