Japan Apparel Industry Association Takes Over JFF Beijing's Hosting Right
Every year in March, China's international clothing and Accessories Fair (CHIC), Japan will host the Beijing Fashion Festival (JFF in Beijing).
So far, JFF Beijing has been sponsored by the Japan Trade Promotion Council.
However, as the Trade Promotion Council has decided to shift the focus of fashion trade from China to Europe, it decided to no longer be a sponsor of JFF Beijing.
Against this background, the Japanese apparel industry association decided to take over the hosting power of JFF Beijing.
JFF Beijing, which was held in March 2008, attracted 11 thousand and 400 spectators. The Japanese garment industry association will summarize its successful experience this year and strive for a breakthrough in 2009.
Recently, the Kansai Fashion Federation, Nagoya women's wear children's Wear Industry Federation, Japan Knitting Industry Federation, Japan Japan hat Association and other trade associations have clearly expressed support for the clothing industry association to host JFF Beijing. The economic and industrial province Guandong economic and Trade Bureau also clearly indicated that it will provide support for activities.
According to the introduction, the JFF Beijing 2009 will be held on March 26~29 in the CHIC session. The venue will be divided into 3 blocks according to its functions, namely, trade negotiation area, brand display area and product display area, with a total area of about 1000~1200 square meters.
2009JFF, executive director of Beijing Executive Committee, said that taking over the right to host the trade associations will help strengthen cooperation and exchanges between enterprises and enterprises, and Japan's fashion trade will enter a new stage.
