Recently, the Harbin investigation team of the National Bureau of statistics has randomly selected 20 enterprises in the following industrial enterprises below the city scale, and conducted a questionnaire survey among 200 employees.

The survey shows that female workers and migrant workers enter the small businesses in large numbers.

According to statistics, at present, private enterprises in Harbin's small industrial enterprises account for 55% of the total.

In the interview, reporters found that compared with the past, the small enterprises in Harbin have many differences in the employing mechanism. The employees have worked hard for many years, and their educational level has been continuously improved. More than 70% of the employees are above senior high school education.

At the same time, more and more female workers are in the workforce. Among the 200 employees surveyed, female workers account for 54%.

Migrant workers have gradually entered small businesses. The number of employees in urban household accounts for 85.5% of the total surveyed, and 14.5% of rural household workers.

The survey shows that the average monthly salary of employees in small industrial enterprises in Harbin is 952 yuan, the highest is 2600 yuan, but there are still nearly 40% workers earning less than 800 yuan a month, mainly in collective enterprises and limited companies, and in textile and clothing and footwear manufacturing.

Although wages have improved, 30% of employees have not yet participated in social security.
