The British Fashion Council is about to give up its struggle against skinny models.

The Committee has been trying to protect the health certification of models, but in order to prevent models from boycotting London Fashion Week, they have to make concessions.

Moreover, other fashion houses in the world do not support this plan.

The model industry believes that the health certification scheme is discriminatory.

The plan only applies to walking models, accounting for only 10% of the total.

In addition, the model has to spend 500 to 1000 dollars per year for physical examination, and the cost of each performance is far less than that of the physical examination.

Paris, Milan and New York refused to carry out health certification.

Stephen Kolb, executive director of the fashion designers Committee, said: "we think it is wrong to force a girl to take a physical examination, especially if their health does not seem to be any problem."

Because London has a low status in the international fashion week, it needs special support from other fashion houses.

The British Fashion Council has successfully banned models under the age of 16 from going to the stage and drinking in the background. However, without the support of other cities, it is hard to win this battle.
