The Pakistan Economic Monitoring Commission Considered The Textile Support Policy In August 28Th.

Most members of the economic monitoring committee hold that the rupee has lost 22% of its value in one year, giving the exporter the ultimate advantage. The Pakistan Textile Manufacturers Association (APTMA) holds the view that the government should give the manufacturers reasonable policies.
The economic monitoring committee will submit recommendations to the economic coordination committee. If approved, the proposal will completely reject the budget proposals for the 2008-09 fiscal year and extend the zero subsidy to the textile department that has been supported by R & D. The 2007-08 budget has zero subsidies for R & D.
