In accordance with the requirements of the State Council on the issuance of the comprehensive work plan for energy saving and emission reduction ([2007]15), the national development and Reform Commission (NDRC) will revise the catalogue of environmental protection industry equipment (products) encouraged by the state (revised 2007) (hereinafter referred to as the "encouragement catalogue") to meet the current needs of energy conservation and emission reduction.

This revision work is based on the previous implementation of the "encourage catalogue", combined with the characteristics of the development of China's environmental protection industry and the environmental protection market, readjusting and compiling the National Development Catalogue encouraged.

"Textile and clothing weekly" learned from the China Textile Industry Association that this is the first time that the China Textile Industry Association has participated in the recommendation and declaration of this catalogue. It has positive significance for energy conservation and emission reduction in the textile industry. As of press release, some enterprises, including Wenzhou city's clothing machinery and equipment development Co., Ltd., have submitted relevant information to the association.

Tan Kai, who is responsible for the recommendation, told reporters that it was recommended to declare September 15th deadline, and that relevant enterprises should tighten up their declarations, and the declaration forms and the filling instructions can be downloaded in the China Textile Economic information network.
