Among them, exports of textiles and garments in June amounted to 15 billion 510 million US dollars, a negative growth rate of 4.2%, and a decline of 19.4% in Hongkong.

The General Administration of Customs said that with the continuous decline of textile and garment exports, the crisis of industrial relocation is being amplified.

The analysis of the General Administration of Customs pointed out that the trend of Chinese textile and garment industry moving to ASEAN and other neighboring countries (regions) is obvious. One of the reasons is that the labor costs in China have risen significantly. The cost of labor in neighboring countries such as India, Pakistan and Vietnam is only 38% of China.

It is suggested that the export rebate rate of textile and garment products should be raised at a timely rate, the credit threshold of enterprises should be relaxed, and the situation of China's textile industry will continue to be traced.

Meanwhile, the General Administration of Customs announced that the cumulative import of crude oil in China increased by 11% over the first half of this year, of which the average import price of crude oil in June was as high as 849.2 US dollars / ton, creating a new average import price per month in recent years, up 81% over the same period last year.

Statistics show that crude oil exported 1 million 565 thousand tons during the same period, down 37.2% compared with the same period last year.
