Humen'S Apparel Industry Cluster Was Selected As "National Top 100".
Recently, the Institute of industrial economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences released the list of "China's 100 best industrial clusters" in 2008, and the list of garment industry clusters in Humen.
It is understood that this selection is the second time since the first selection of "China's 100 best industrial clusters" in Shanghai in 2007. Compared with the previous one, the selection of the awards has been based on dozens of selection criteria, and has increased the contents of the regional brand image, the government's driving force, the uniqueness of the cluster, the cluster density, the complementary function of the industrial chain, and the ability of cluster innovation.
After years of support and development, Humen's garment industry has become increasingly mature, forming a network of garment industry structure which is integrated from design, production and sales, with remarkable regional economic characteristics. Humen has also won the title of "national torch plan, Dongguan garment design characteristic industrial base", "Guangdong industrial cluster upgrading demonstration zone", "Chinese women's clothing town" and "most influential textile capital".
