To build up the largest fur production and processing base in North China, Liaoyang is committed to increasing the construction of wildlife domestication and breeding parks, firmly seizing the carrier of the social service system, and building a complete industrial chain of "farming, dyeing, processing and marketing" with science and technology as its support.

     一、推進產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營，延長產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條。

     一是園區(qū)養(yǎng)殖。全市以狐、貉、貂為主的養(yǎng)殖園區(qū)4個。主要集中在遼陽縣的首山鄉(xiāng)、首山鎮(zhèn)，燈塔市的五星鎮(zhèn)、佟二堡經(jīng)濟特區(qū)，弓長嶺區(qū)的湯河鎮(zhèn)，太子河區(qū)的東寧衛(wèi)鄉(xiāng)。目前，全市狐、貉、貂養(yǎng)殖專業(yè)村101個，養(yǎng)殖場（戶）1253個。種狐、貉、貂存欄51.81萬只，狐、貉、貂年出欄35.65萬只。

     二是硝染加工。全市狐、貉、貂硝染企業(yè)已發(fā)展到11家，年硝染狐、貉、貂皮230萬張。

     三是裘皮制衣。2006年全市擁有86家現(xiàn)代化裘皮加工企業(yè)，其中擁有固定廠房及設(shè)備的38家，委托加工的48家。2007年已發(fā)展到180家。年產(chǎn)量在2000件以上的裘皮服裝企業(yè)20家，年產(chǎn)量在1000件以上的有50家。

    四是市場銷售。佟二堡經(jīng)濟特區(qū)吸引域內(nèi)外資金逾5億元，新建了裘皮專營一條街，擁有裘皮商業(yè)網(wǎng)點110個，市場經(jīng)營業(yè)戶達5000余戶，經(jīng)營高、中、低檔裘皮服裝百余類，旺季時，日銷售裘皮服裝萬余件，日銷售額達3000余萬元。目前，佟二堡經(jīng)濟特區(qū)已成為中國北方最大的裘皮服裝的集散地。

    二、拓展國內(nèi)、國際市場，提高市場占有份額。

    三、完善社會化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)。

Wildlife protection and management departments at all levels provide regular preventive medicine for disease prevention and control for farmers, carry out injection and epidemic prevention, provide artificial insemination, coordinate feed distributors to ensure the feed supply of farmers, and help introduce new varieties.

Every year, senior experts and professors are invited to teach students in aquiculture, and teach the latest trends of aquaculture technology and domestic market.

Forestry departments at all levels have led fox, raccoon and mink farmers to set up 4 trade associations.

    四、打造名牌產(chǎn)品，優(yōu)化發(fā)展環(huán)境。

The city has 60 fur enterprises registered trademarks, has its own brands, such as Eurasian, Italian, Darin, Jinbao Lai, Ao Xue women, Yi shader, Sakhiya and so on. In recent years, these brands have more and more influence. At all levels of forestry, industry and commerce, quality supervision, public security departments to strengthen market supervision, implement the market access system, standardize the management behavior, and clean the fake and inferior products out of the fur market.
