China's self-developed sports shoes last shoe digital customization production system has been completed recently. It integrates the self-developed foot type 3D scanner with the CNC shoe last machine tool, and establishes the database of special sports shoes shoe last, achieving the integration of foot scan and shoe last design and production.

This system is jointly developed by Tsinghua University precision instrument and mechanic department and Jiangsu Kunshan Do-win sporting goods Co., Ltd.

It is understood that this system can produce all kinds of sports shoes, such as jogging shoes, marathon shoes, weightlifting shoes, etc., according to the specific needs of users. It can also easily modify customized shoe last through man-machine interface.

The shoe last made of shoe last meets the needs of users in terms of size, comfort and physiological characteristics.

The system is completed from foot scan to machining shoe last in less than 1 hours, and the time of customized shoe is shortened to 1 working days. The cycle of customized shoes can be greatly reduced.

At the expert appraisal meeting organized by the Ministry of Education recently, experts believe that this system starts from the individualized demand of different foot shapes to sports shoes, and realizes the digital customization of shoe last with fast speed, accuracy and automation.
