According to the Interim Measures for the use and management of Shangyu's industrial circular economy (energy saving and consumption reduction), the Municipal Economic and trade departments and finance departments have adopted the method of data auditing and on-site observation as supplementary methods. The projects of financial special funds funded by enterprises in the 2007 industrial circular economy (energy conservation and consumption reduction) have been seriously audited, and a number of projects such as energy saving, water saving, material saving and comprehensive utilization of resources have been identified, and a total of 4 million 850 thousand yuan is required to honor the reward funds.

Among them, 9 enterprises such as Shangyu Hexin synthetic leather Co., Ltd., implemented a total of 1 million 850 thousand yuan in energy saving, water saving, comprehensive utilization of resources and circular industrial chain construction.

Zhejiang Chunhui intelligent control Limited by Share Ltd and other 22 enterprises to implement the general energy saving, water saving, comprehensive utilization of resources and circular industrial chain construction projects, a total subsidy of 2 million 100 thousand yuan.

The energy saving product development project implemented by Zhejiang Chen Hui Lighting Co., Ltd. is funded by 50 thousand yuan.

The other 850 thousand yuan, including 12 pilot enterprises such as Zhejiang Huatong Holding Group Co., Ltd., carried out cleaner production auditing, green enterprise creation and reward 470 thousand yuan; 3 Zhejiang municipal industrial circular economy pilot parks and enterprises, such as Hangzhou Bay Industrial Park Management Committee, awarded 180 thousand yuan; and 2007 of the city's energy conservation office's publicity, education and training expenses were 200 thousand yuan.
