Reebok Set Up Joint Venture With Vulcabras
Adidas group announced that they have established a joint venture with Vulcabras S.A. to sell Reebok shoes, clothing and apparel in Argentina.
V.A Calzados y Articulos Deportivos S.A is a subsidiary company of Vulcabras S.A.. Since 2004, it is the exclusive and independent wholesaler of Reebok shoes and clothing products in Argentina. As part of the agreement, Vulcabras will continue to provide Reebok shoes to the joint venture company. The joint venture agreement will be concluded by the end of 2015.
Adidas group said sales and expected profits would not be affected by the agreement.
