Sandisk, the famous storage vendor, has just announced its first entry into the SDHC memory card market, 4GB SDHC.

Sandisk's 4GB SDHC memory card standard Class 2 data pmission speed is 2MB/s, slightly lower than Panasonic and Toshiba of the same product.

It can store more than 2000 high pixel pictures, 1000 music or 8 hours MPEG4 video.

It is worth mentioning that Sandisk takes into account that the new SDHC storage format has just appeared, and the ordinary card reader can not play its high speed utility. Therefore, a MicroMate SDHC/SD memory card is provided free of charge.

The retail price of Sandick 4GB SDHC is US $199.99, which is equivalent to 1600RMB.
