The more than 1200 shoe enterprises in Bishan County of Chongqing, known as "shoes in Western China", are faced with shortages of labor shortages to varying degrees. The shortfall of employment is close to 40 thousand, and more than 10 enterprises are hindered by the newly opened production line.

At present, the annual minimum wage of Bishan shoe enterprises is about 18 thousand yuan for the technical workers, such as bags, car bags and so on, with an average monthly salary of more than 1500 yuan, which is close to the level of similar enterprises in the coastal areas.
