Implementation Of National Exemption System For Cotton Spinning Ring Spinning Frame And Suspension Spinning Frame
According to the regulations on the administration of Product Exemption from quality supervision and inspection (No. ninth of the AQSIQ) and the regulations of the state on quality inspection of product quality (No. 176), the State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine recently issued the 2008 year catalogue of products for exemption from national inspection and the Notice of the relevant requirements.
It is understood that in 2008, AQSIQ added 26 kinds of wooden doors and other products to carry out the state exemption system, among which the cotton spinning ring spinning frame and suspension spinning frame were included in the exemption. In addition, enterprises with exemption from state inspection in 2005 will be valid for exemption from inspection this year. According to the relevant regulations, enterprises should re apply to the provincial quality and Technology Supervision Bureau. The products that have been examined and met the requirements for exemption from inspection will be exempt from inspection again. The products that fail to meet the requirements or are not re applied will no longer enjoy exemption from inspection. In order to further enhance the authority of the exemption system, the AQSIQ has greatly increased the scale of production and output value for the 54 products that have been re declared this year, and added mandatory requirements for electronic supervision, environmental protection, energy conservation and on-site review for related products.
