According to the statistics of China Customs, the bilateral trade volume between China and Ukraine in the 1-6 months was 711 million US dollars, an increase of 17.4% over the same period last year. Of them, I exported $502 million to Ukraine, an increase of 44.4% over the same period last year, and 209 million yuan from Ukraine, down 19% from the same period last year.

We have a surplus of US $293 million.

From the perspective of export commodity structure, the export proportion of mechanical and electrical products continued to increase significantly, amounting to 290 million US dollars, up 52.3% from the same period last year, accounting for 41% of total exports; the export of high-tech products was 94 million 490 thousand US dollars, an increase of 16%; and the export of agricultural products was 17 million 680 thousand US dollars, an increase of 36%.

The top five export specific products include: Steel 23 million 870 thousand US dollars (118.6% growth), clothing 21 million 610 thousand US dollars (-41.2%), cars 13 million 660 thousand US dollars (54.8%), air conditioners 13 million 520 thousand US dollars (209.6%), PVC 11 million 800 thousand US dollars (184.7%).

Imports are still mainly cotton, up to 173 million US dollars, down 21.3% from the same period last year, accounting for 82.8% of total imports.

Followed by oil products of 3 million 766 thousand US dollars (-81.9%), fertilizer 1 million 800 thousand US dollars (81.7%), pulp 902 thousand US dollars (1675.8%), leather 619 thousand US dollars (-29.7%).
