China Recommends That Peru Reduce Tariffs On Shoes And Textiles To 8%
Peru business daily, July 30th, Aloisi, Secretary of the Ministry of foreign trade and tourism, said she met with Chinese Commerce Minister Chen Deming at a ministerial conference in Geneva last week in Geneva. When it comes to flexibility, he said that Peru sought to exclude 10% of the customs tariff code as a sensitive commodity, excluding textile products and shoes, while the Chinese side suggested that excluding goods other than tax cuts should not exceed 8% of all commodities.
