The Hunan investigation team of the National Bureau of Statistics announced today that in July, Hunan's CPI rose by 5.7% compared with the same month last year, or 1.1 percentage points lower than the previous month.

13.2%, prices of tobacco and alcohol products increased by 2.2%, health care and personal products prices rose by 1.2%, residential prices rose 10.4%, entertainment and educational goods and services increased by 0.7%, while clothing, household appliances and maintenance services, traffic and communications prices fell by 3.8%, 0.7% and 0.7% respectively.

In July, the price of food in Hunan decreased by 0.9%.

Judging from the 16 sub categories, the small rise varieties mainly include eggs, starch, cakes, biscuits, grains, and other foods at the expense of external use; the larger varieties fall mainly in aquatic products, vegetables, dried fruits and vegetables, oil, meat and poultry and their products.

July is the peak season for local vegetable market in Hunan, with sufficient market supply and complete varieties. The price of vegetables in most parts of the market has dropped down compared with the previous month.

Of the 26 vegetable specifications investigated, only 9 varieties rose slightly.

Among the lower varieties, green pepper, wax gourd, eggplant, and water spinach were the main ones. Green peppers dropped by 37.5% compared with last month.

According to a survey of vegetable wholesale markets in Mawangdui, vegetable prices fell to the lowest level in recent months in late July.

The price of aquatic products has dropped, and the price of freshwater fish has dropped by 4.9% compared with the previous month.

The reason for the widespread reduction of freshwater fish is mainly due to the lifting of the ban on fishing ban by the Dongting Lake and the peak season of fresh water fish production and marketing in July.

Hunan's local fresh fruit and cucurbit products are listed on a large scale, with ample supply and abundant varieties, and prices have also declined.

Compared with last month, the price of fresh fruits and vegetables dropped by 3.1%.

The prices of pork, cooking oil and animal oil have declined, and pork prices have dropped by 2.6% compared with last month.

Among them, the price of pork in Changsha decreased by 5.2% compared with the previous month.

The price of boneless fresh pork dropped from 25.95 yuan per kilogram last month to 25.36 yuan, fresh pig fat dropped from 20.45 yuan per kilogram to 18.80 yuan, and the price of fresh pork ribs decreased by 4.4%.

The Hunan survey team of the National Bureau of Statistics announced today the total PPI level of our province in July. Influenced by the increase in demand for commodities such as crude oil, iron and steel, grain and other commodities in the international market and the increase in domestic refined oil and industrial electricity prices, the total export prices of industrial products in July increased by 14.4% over the same period last year, or 2 percentage points higher than the previous month.

It is reported that the fluctuation of the producer price of the industrial products shows the characteristics of the rising prices of means of production and means of living.

Compared with the same month last year, the prices of means of production rose by 16.5%, and the prices of living goods increased by 6% over the same period last year.

The producer price of the 15 industrial sectors surveyed rose to varying degrees with the same month last year, of which coal and coking industry prices rose 46%, up the first place; oil and metallurgical industries rose by 32.7% and 22.1% respectively; the prices of chemical, building materials, food and other industrial products rose by more than 10%; the prices of textile, power, paper, leather, machinery and other industrial products rose 0.6% to 6.5% year-on-year.
