According to the regulations, overseas suppliers who apply for registration must have a stable place of operation and have a certain scale of operation. They have relatively stable sources of supply and have relevant quality control measures for their goods. There is no serious quality problem in cotton trade activities in the previous year, no harmful substances were found, and no serious records were found causing serious consequences.

According to the actual arrival quality and performance, the AQSIQ will carry out the level list management of the quality credit grades of the imported cotton suppliers abroad, and carry out credit evaluation and supervision and management according to the relevant provisions.

A person in charge of Liaocheng inspection and Quarantine Bureau said that in recent years, cotton imported from our city has found many problems such as short weight, shortage, adulteration and adulteration, which seriously damaged the legitimate rights and interests of import enterprises.

Through the registration management of overseas cotton supply enterprises, this situation is expected to be improved.
