Statistics show that in 2007, there were more than 4000 shoe making enterprises in Fujian Province, of which the total output value of industrial products above designated size was 93 billion 641 million yuan, an increase of 30.5%, and the annual output of shoes was about 2 billion pairs, with a total sales volume of 91 billion 984 million yuan, an increase of 33.8%, and an export delivery value of 39 billion 200 million yuan, representing an increase of 17.3%.

Zhong Anping said that at present, the footwear industry in Fujian province has 13 famous brands in China, more than 20 famous trademarks in China, 1 provincial industry and technology centers, 14 provincial level technology centers, and Anta and fortune birds, XTEP, Hongxing Erke and 361 degrees.

Fujian will also focus on supporting a number of leading enterprises and enterprise groups, giving certain support to financial and financial funds, helping leading enterprises to create R & D institutions, establishing special workstations, strengthening cooperation in production, learning and research, and leading SMEs to jointly develop and enhance the strength and competitiveness of enterprises.
