Textile And Garment Industry Raises Export Tax Rate For The Second Time
The export rebate rate of textile and garment was raised second times in the year following the two percentage point increase in the export tax rebate rate in August 1, 2008. It traced the previous changes in the export rebate rate of textile and garment. The minimum time interval for the two adjustment was 6 months, with the smallest adjustment being 2 percentage points.
The "two" most frequent adjustment is the shortest interval and minimum increase.
We believe that the government has clearly realized the seriousness of the export of textile and clothing, and that the export downturn will last for a long time. There is much room for this adjustment to be used several times in the longer period of adjustment and encourage enterprises to restore confidence in difficulties.
