Faced with difficulties, Yang Yimin believes that enterprises in Jinjiang should seek breakthroughs in reducing production costs, use the market "forced" mechanism, introduce international advanced technology and equipment, speed up technological pformation, improve production automation, and reduce labor costs.

At the same time, it can also consider relying on the industry associations to take the lead, organize centralized procurement enterprises to produce raw and auxiliary materials and machinery and equipment, and reduce production input costs.

Not long ago, the provincial economic and Trade Commission took the lead in organizing enterprises to investigate in Europe. Among them, 14 food enterprises in Jinjiang, including relatives, Fuyuan and gold crown, put forward a list of advanced equipment that exceeded 200 million yuan.

"When we buy equipment, we also introduce advanced technology from abroad. This is not only a need for upgrading food enterprises in Jinjiang, but also an opportunity for them to compete fiercely in the domestic and international markets."

If we encourage the integration of brand leading enterprises in traditional industries to small and medium-sized enterprises, we should establish a division and cooperation system for small and medium-sized enterprises, establish brand enterprises as the main brand, research and development, and small and medium-sized enterprises as a win-win pattern of OEM.

Yang Yimin said that under the circumstances of tight foreign trade environment, Jinjiang has formulated policies of encouraging and supporting, focusing on promoting the supply and demand docking of clothing and footwear brand processing chains, and guiding regional brand enterprises to dispatch orders in the near future, encouraging more SMEs to produce OEM for local brand enterprises, and extending the brand processing chain horizontally.
