Leather has been loved by people for thousands of years, but leather has always been shown in brown and black since ancient times. With the advent of warm winter, the demand for leather fashion is becoming more and more prominent. The market demand for leather post-processing products such as leather printing is more and more large, and the continuous technological progress of modern textile printing and dyeing industry has provided technical support for the production of all kinds of printed leather.

1. leather printing equipment:

Leather comes from animals, which determines the irregularity of leather.

      a.直接印花設(shè)備：首選當(dāng)然是手工抬板，它有花型變化快，適應(yīng)性廣，套色方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。但是，手工抬板用于皮革印花，最大的毛病就是因?yàn)槠じ锏牟灰?guī)則性而造成的大量浪費(fèi)，專業(yè)術(shù)語叫糊邊，最后要用剪刀修去的，所以手工抬板在皮革印花中用的并不多。

The most common type of leather printing is the roller printing machine. The special roller printing machine developed by South Korea has excellent printing effect. It can print any fine pattern, and the utilization rate of leather can be maximized. There is basically no waste.

      b.轉(zhuǎn)移印花設(shè)備：轉(zhuǎn)移印花要一臺(tái)印紙機(jī)和熱轉(zhuǎn)印機(jī)，目前國外用薄膜代替紙張，所以一臺(tái)薄膜印刷機(jī)也可以。

The heat pfer printing machine is different from the textile. It requires high pressure and normal working pressure is 20~30kg/cm2, generally using oil pressure.

      c.輔助設(shè)備：輔助設(shè)備是皮革印花廠的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，他關(guān)系到產(chǎn)品種類，市場(chǎng)分額。

2. leather printing process:

      a.首先當(dāng)然是染料印花，染料印花最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)就是手感不受影響。但皮革不能耐高溫蒸化，所以工藝不能照搬紡織品的。國外有一系列染料，主要是1：2型金屬絡(luò)合染料，用它印皮是不用蒸化的，晾干就可以了，但是這類染料價(jià)格高，力份僅為普通染料的30%至50%，碰到深濃顏色麻煩得很。

A series of dyes were selected from textile printing dyestuffs. Their fastness is the same as that of imported ones. They are brightly coloured and have high strength. They only have a slight fastness to light fastness. They can be dried on the leather and can not be steamed or washed.

      b.其次是涂料印花，這是皮革印花中量最大的一類印花。因?yàn)橥苛嫌』鼙磉_(dá)金銀色，配以燙膜，產(chǎn)品更是千變?nèi)f化，能最大限度的表達(dá)皮革高貴，華麗的特點(diǎn)。

      c.轉(zhuǎn)移印花：轉(zhuǎn)移印花是最適合皮革的一種印花方式，按工藝分干法、濕法兩種方式。干法轉(zhuǎn)移，多是用熱溶膠制成油墨，印于離型紙或bopp膜上，再熱壓條件下轉(zhuǎn)移于皮革上。濕法轉(zhuǎn)移，是先將一種特殊溶液噴與皮革上。然后通過熱壓，使轉(zhuǎn)移紙上的染料溶解與溶液，再固著于皮革上。皮革轉(zhuǎn)移印花，目前是皮革上最高檔的一類印花方式，花型的精細(xì)度，視覺效果，非其他方式可比。
