2009 Shenzhen international fur and leather exhibition yesterday.

According to the director of Guangdong Leather Association, Guangdong is the largest fur and leather goods manufacturing base in China. Affected by the financial crisis, the export of fur leather clothing has dropped dramatically, especially in the United States, Russia and Europe, where the market of traditional fur clothing consumption has shrunk.

In view of this situation, the Guangdong Leather Industry Association, the Shenzhen Leather Industry Association, the joint state business and Foreign Trade Development Bureau, the China Leather Association and the China Textile Association jointly organized the exhibition to help the struggling garment enterprises learn to walk on two legs, so that these enterprises can take better account of the market in both domestic and foreign markets.

At yesterday's exhibition, many well-known fur producers from Guangdong, Zhejiang and Hebei showed the most popular fur products and clothing. Buyers from more than 10 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada and Greece, came to visit and discuss with them.

As a gathering place of Chinese high-end women's clothing brands and fur manufacturers, Shenzhen has also performed well at yesterday's exhibition. A large number of brand enterprises such as Jin Baona, Cardan, Ma Tiannu and so on show this year's fur clothing in autumn and winter.
