Natural Rubber Industry Begins To Implement New National Standards
From the national rubber and Rubber Products Standardization Technical Committee of the natural rubber technical committee, two new national standards promulgated by the association, GB/T8081-2008, "natural rubber technology grading rubber (TSR) specification guideline" and "GB/T8082-2008 natural rubber standard rubber packaging, marking, storage and pportation", have been implemented since December 1, 2008.
The newly promulgated GB/T8081-2008 "natural rubber technology grading rubber (TSR) guideline" has increased three grades and corresponding performance requirements of all latex (SCRWF), 10 constant viscosity (SCR10CV) and 20 constant viscosity (SCR20CV) compared with past standards, and has deleted the grade 50 (SCR50) and its corresponding performance requirements.
The newly promulgated GB/T8082-2008 "natural rubber standard rubber packaging, marking, storage and pportation", compared with past standards, mainly adjusted the weight and specification of standard rubber: the weight of 33.3kg is about 670mm long, 670mm wide, 330mm high 200mm; for the plastic bag with a weight of 35kg, the specification is long 680mm width 340mm high 200mm; the original standard (weight is 40kg + 0.2kg).
