Recently, the Social Security Bureau, labor bureau, Finance Bureau and Local Taxation Bureau of Guangdong city jointly issued the notice of Dongguan to play the role of social insurance to support enterprise development and actively cope with the relevant problems of the international financial crisis.

The main contents of the notice include: difficult enterprises can delay the payment of social security premiums; reduce social insurance premiums at a stage; expand the scope of use of unemployment insurance funds to help difficult enterprises to stabilize their jobs; and subsidize the difficult enterprises that organize vocational skills training for on-the-job workers to upgrade their skills and pfer jobs.
