Anti Dumping Investigation Of Peru'S Plain Weave Fabrics To China
In February 5, 2009, the Peru competition and intellectual property protection department dumping and subsidy investigation committee issued Resolution No. 2009-17. According to the application of Peru Tecnologia Textil limited, anti-dumping investigations were carried out on plain woven fabrics (tariff No. 52101100, 52102100, 52103100, 55121100, 55121900, 55131100, 55132100, 52081100, 52081200, 52082100, 52082100, 52082100, 52082100 and 52081200) originating in China.
The products described include: 1. natural color, bleaching or dyeing; 2.100% polyester, 100% cotton, polyester cotton blended 50/50 and cotton more than 50%. The 3. width is less than 1.80 meters. 4. the weight is 60~200 grams / square meter.
The resolution has been published in the official newspaper "Peru people". The interested parties will submit relevant comments and evidence (using Spanish) within 6 months after the announcement.
