According to the requirements of the Ministry of environmental protection's emission reduction verification principles, the city's abatement office has explained and standardized the construction of the water reuse facilities and the related operating account records of synthetic leather enterprises in detail.

It is required that all enterprises should implement corresponding energy-saving and water-saving measures, effectively reduce the consumption of water, electricity and coal and reduce them from the source.
