Recently, the "Ruyi spinning" technology, which has been identified and vigorously promoted by the China Textile Association, is a joint research project undertaken jointly by China and the University for 7 years. By adding a twisting triangle area to the traditional equipment, the technology can reduce the requirement of yarn number, length and fineness in one fell swoop. It can only be used as raw material for low spinning to make high spinning. It breaks through the limit of the current spinning technology, and can spin more than 400 cotton yarns and 300 or more wool yarns. It can produce 500 wool yarn and create a world record.
At the same time, the leftover materials such as wool and doffing can also be reused. The down and kapok fibers that can not be spun or not can be woven into beautiful clothes. The fibers such as wool, cotton, hemp and chemical fiber that can not be mixed before can be combined arbitrarily to create diversified, multi-component and multi-functional series products, which greatly widens the application scope and profit space of the products.
