6 at 4 p.m., 108 employees of the East shoe factory in Mei Xi industrial zone finally got the long-awaited salary. The labor dispute, which was caused by arrears of wages for 5 days, was successfully resolved under mediation by labor and social security departments.

On the afternoon of March 2nd, when the municipal labor and social security supervision team tracked the problem of arrears of wages, the factory did not pay the wages according to the promise, and intended to spanfer the machinery and equipment at a low price, worried about the boss's arrears of wages and escaping from hiding. More than 90 employees began to gather at the gate of the factory without letting the boss and other management personnel leave the factory.

After the incident, the municipal labor and Social Security Bureau immediately launched a contingency plan for mass incidents, and intervened quickly.
