The seventeenth China International Youth designer fashion competition, jointly sponsored by the China Fashion Designers Association and the Han Bo (International) group, will be held in March 24, 2009 in the first workshop of D PARK club, Beijing, China.

In 2009, the Chinese people ushered in the 60th anniversary founding of the motherland, Daqing. In order to offer a tribute to the motherland's 60 year old birthday, the organizers set the theme of the seventeenth "Han Po" contest as "National Day reception".

Since the launch of the "Han Po prize" competition in September 2008, 1738 entries from 21 countries, including Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Finland, Norway, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Argentina, Russia, Croatia, Ecuador, Columbia, Australia, Mongolia, Canada, Morocco, Israel and so on, have been received.

The basis for determining the National Day in the world is odd: some countries take the time of national establishment as the national day, some countries take the occupation of the capital as the national day, some countries take the national independence day as the national day, some countries take the major conference day as the national day, and the birthdays of the national yuan as the national day. Different countries and different forms of national day have their own National Day reception. They believe that they bring infinite inspiration to young designers all over the world, and each piece of the designer's works has a strong cultural flavor.

After careful and meticulous assessment by the expert judges, 31 athletes from 18 countries and regions were selected to attend the finals in Beijing in March 24th this year. They will carry out their fashion designs with their favorite designs to open the curtain of the 09/10 autumn and winter series of China International Fashion week.

Since the establishment of the "Han Po prize" competition in 1993, nearly 30 thousand young designers from more than 40 countries have joined the big family of the "Han Po prize" competition.

The 16 China International Youth designer fashion competition has been successfully held. Now it has become the most professional and most influential professional event in the world. Let us look forward to this young designer's reception again.
