       一是溫州牛皮和豬皮制革業(yè)受環(huán)境治理的影響，規(guī)模產(chǎn)量大減，平陽水頭豬皮生產(chǎn)基地現(xiàn)存500個～600個轉(zhuǎn)鼓，比以前的幾千個轉(zhuǎn)鼓規(guī)模大大減少。而以下岸、前京、洞橋等基地為主的牛皮頭層、二層水場一直處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，無法正常生產(chǎn)，很多企業(yè)被迫搬遷到山東、江蘇等地。
